The volunteer-based, Board of Directors is a “working board.” Board Members are each expected to tangibly help advance the work of MPC Ready via individual effort towards priorities. Friends of the Board are also invited to help by serving on a Committee and/or offering direct help in another way. Directors serve without compensation for one-year terms with an opportunity to renew up to five more times. After serving six years, Directors are expected to take at least one year off.
We welcome diversity of background and experience on the Board. The current Board of Directors has undergone change following their voting into office at the January, 2024 Annual Membership Meeting. The Bylaws are being reviewed with changes anticipated prior to the January 25, 2025 Annual Membership Meeting.
