Prepare for Wildfires

The Los Angeles fires remind us (again) that at any moment, we might be forced to evacuate our residences and/or be staying put, but breathing poor air. Our hearts go out to the most recent victims. This page is a work in progress. However, we want to start posting resources that can be of help. Please also visit Genasys Protect and get familiar with your evacuation zone. Get out before the evacuation, if possible. No matter what, leave when told to leave. Keep an evacuation “go bag” packed and ready.

  • Keep your gas tank at least half full and your electric vehicles fully charged. It’s helpful to pre-prepare a list of hotels/motels that you can call from the “road” should you need to evacuate quickly.
